The Shelby District Eagle Boards of Review are scheduled upon receipt of the completed and verified Eagle Application Package on a rolling basis at the Troop site one hour before the regularly scheduled Troop meeting.

The Eagle Application Package consists of:

• The Eagle Advancement Application
• The Personal Ambitions and Accomplishments Sheet
• The completed Eagle Service Project Workbook
• At least three letters of recommendation

All project submissions should be presented to the Eagle Secretary Mrs. Angie Champion, at the Council Service Center using the most current version of the new Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook.  She will notify the Shelby District Advancement Chairman that a project has been submitted for approval. Eagle Scout Service Projects are approved on a rolling basis as they are received.

There are three important resources available to Eagle Candidates in the Shelby District. The first is “A Guide to the New Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook” on the Council website which contains detailed instructions for use by Shelby District Scouts in completing the new Workbook, and guidance for the Eagle Review Process.

A statement sheet of personal ambitions, life purposes, accomplishments, and activities should be submitted in accordance with Requirement No. 7 of the Eagle Application
